September 2026 · Bold Moves 60-Day Accelerator

August sold out.

I have just opened the doors to my September Bold Moves Executive Growth Cohort, and we begin on September 16th.

I only work with a small group at a time, and I'm careful about who joins. If I don't feel I can genuinely help you move forward, I'll tell you. Kindly. Clearly. And probably with a nudge in the right direction too.

This cohort is for mid to senior career women with 15+ years of experience who are tired of being overlooked and are ready for their next bold move.

Stop being overlooked. Start being chosen.

Inside the 60-day cohort, you'll get clear on your next bold career move, position yourself properly for it, and build the CV, LinkedIn profile, visibility and warm-market conversations to move towards the right promotion, pivot or dream role.

So you're not sending 30 applications into silence.

You're not sitting there hoping someone finally taps you on the shoulder.

You're not waiting another year at the same level while someone louder, newer or less experienced moves faster because they know how to position themselves better.

Most women I work with are not lacking capability.

They've built teams, led projects, solved complex problems, managed stakeholders, held things together, and carried far more than their job description ever captured.

But when it comes to explaining their value clearly, confidently and commercially, something gets lost.

Not because they don't have the experience.

Because they haven't been positioned for the level they're ready for next.

One woman inside the programme put it perfectly:

I wasn't lacking capability. I was lacking confidence, clarity, and direction.

She joined at a real crunch point. She was deeply unhappy in her role and company. She knew something needed to change, but she couldn't quite see what. Her confidence had taken a hit, especially around how she presented herself to the market.

Then halfway through the programme, she was made redundant.

That kind of moment can knock even the most capable woman sideways.

But because she had already done the work on her positioning, operating style, strengths and direction, she didn't fall apart.

She had language.

She had clarity.

She had a way to explain her value.

Two weeks later, she landed a new role.

That is the shift we're creating here.

Not blind confidence.

Not "just believe in yourself" fluff.

Clear positioning you can use when the market changes, when your role changes, or when life throws something at you that you didn't see coming.

I've spent 12 years in recruitment and career strategy, and 9 years running my own recruitment business.

I've sat with hiring managers, HR directors and leadership teams. I've reviewed and rewritten thousands of CVs and LinkedIn profiles. I know why some women get shortlisted, tapped on the shoulder and pulled into rooms, while others with just as much capability stay invisible.

I also know what it takes to build your own positioning.

I founded Sisterhood Club, a women-in-tech initiative that hosted 10 sold-out events. I wrote The Bold Move, an Amazon Best Seller, to help women build confidence and reinvent their careers in the age of AI. And I've built my own personal brand into a consistent stream of inbound opportunities, partnerships, media, book deals and business growth.

I don't teach theory.

I teach from years inside hiring rooms, career pivots, personal brand, recruitment, business and reinvention.

This isn't for everyone

  • This won't be right for you if you're early in your career and still building your foundation.
  • It’s not right if you want someone to fix your career while you sit back and wait.
  • It's not right if you aren't open to feedback, strategic repositioning or deliberate action.

And with love, if you're secretly hoping your next role will land because you've been loyal and hardworking, this may be the honest conversation you didn't know you needed.

In the best way.

This is for the woman who has been the safe pair of hands for years.

The one people rely on.

The one who quietly holds everything together, then wonders why that still hasn't translated into the next level.

If you’ve ever looked at a job description and thought, "I could do that," then closed the tab because your CV didn’t quite say it yet, this is for you.

If you’re ready for a promotion, pivot or elevated role within the next 6–12 months, and you want real movement now, this will feel less like pressure and more like a huge exhale.

If you know you're capable of more, but you're tired of trying to explain your value in a way that feels flat, awkward or too “pick me,” this is for you.

The programme is built inside a 60-day cohort, but you can move through the work at your own pace.

Some women will want to move quickly because they have an opportunity in front of them now.

Others will move more steadily because they're balancing a demanding role, family, leadership pressure, life admin, and all the invisible things women tend to carry.

Both are fine.

The structure gives you momentum.

The weekly coaching calls keep you unstuck.

We begin by creating immediate movement.

You'll use my NET Framework™ to identify and activate the 5–10 people who could influence your next move, so you're not just waiting for the right job ad to appear. You're building proximity to opportunity.

You'll use my AIM Framework™ to define your next-level target with precision, so you know the role, scope, direction and companies you're actually aligned with.

That first stage matters because momentum changes everything.

Once the right conversations begin, your confidence stops being theoretical.

Then we position you to be chosen, not compared.

We'll extract your patterns, thinking and edge, and shape them into 2–3 positioning assets that make you sound like a leader with a point of view, not a polished job description.

We'll use my SCAN™ Framework to identify which skills are gaining value in an AI-driven market, so your experience is positioned for where work is going, not where it's been.

This is also where we rebuild your CV and LinkedIn.

Your CV will become outcome-led and keyword-aligned for modern AI and ATS filtering, so it has a job to do: get you into the right conversations.

Your LinkedIn will be built around where you're going next, so recruiters, headhunters and decision-makers can actually find you.

Then we build the reputation layer.

You'll define what you want to be known for beyond your current job title, so your value doesn't disappear inside someone else's company structure.

You'll create a simple visibility rhythm, so the right people see your thinking and your reputation starts working for you before you need the next role.

We'll also build decision filters, boundaries and weekly structure, so as your career grows, your life doesn't shrink.

Because there is absolutely no point accelerating your career if you're burning yourself to the ground while doing it.

What you'll get

  • Targeted trainings, templates, custom-built AI tools and practical frameworks, so you can move quickly without staring at a blank page wondering where to start.
  • Weekly live coaching calls, so we can refine, adjust and keep you moving.
  • Direct feedback on your CV, LinkedIn and positioning, so the work is sharp enough for the level you’re pursuing.
  • My Chosen CV Rewriter, worth $497, so you can turn a capable-but-invisible CV into one that positions you for the next-level role, not the role you've already outgrown.
  • The 60-Day Dream Job Search Checklist, worth $297, so you know what to focus on each week and don't drift into job-search chaos, second-guessing and 27 open tabs.
  • The Bold Move and the wellness support pack as welcome gifts, because your career growth should feel grounded, not frantic.
  • A small cohort of ambitious mid to senior women who understand the pressure, the ambition, the second-guessing, and the quiet frustration of knowing you're capable of more.

Grounded ambition. That’s the energy here.

The investment

$3,300 AUD

The investment is $3,300 AUD, paid in full. Or spread it across 3 monthly instalments with the payment plan.

You'll need one live session per week, 2–3 hours of focused implementation, and a willingness to act deliberately. That's it.

This is built for busy professional women with real responsibilities inside and outside of work. It should not consume your life.

A few focused hours each week now can prevent another year of being under-positioned. That's the trade.

The guarantee

The 60-Day Momentum Guarantee

Do the work. Come to the coaching calls, or catch the replays. Complete your positioning assets.

If, by the end of the 60 days, you haven't landed interviews or created a clear next-role pathway, I'll keep coaching you for free until you do.

Because this isn't about finishing a programme. It's about helping you move.

If I don't feel I can help you once I've reviewed your application, I'll let you know what to work on and point you in the right direction.

Applications close when the cohort is full.

P.S. As soon as you join, I'll send you my Next Move Visibility Audit. It's a simple 20-minute audit that shows where your CV, LinkedIn and network are currently positioning you, and where they may be underselling you. Most women realise quickly they were never invisible. They were just positioned for the level they had already outgrown.

Four of the women who said yes

I don't know whether you're doing any other intakes for your Bold Moves Program, but if you are, or when you do again, please sign up for it. I found it life changing. It was working with a great group of people as well. There were so many light bulb moments for me. So highly, highly recommend everything that Georgie does.

“24 hours after updating my profile, I've been contacted by a recruiter for a Head of Delivery Transformation role.”

Jodie rewrote her profile in week two. She landed the role.

There was something really special about being in a room with women who are all backing themselves, asking bigger questions and being honest about what growth actually looks like. The dinner felt like such a natural extension of Bold Moves. Very glad I said yes to the next bold move.

Absolutely jump in, because great opportunities come from movement. You can't sit there and hope and pray, you have to actually put intentional things in place. Georgie's post came up on my LinkedIn at the perfect time and hit all the things I was grappling with. What was my next move? Am I good enough? It gave me the push I needed to really refine what my value was and what I wanted to do next. My biggest takeaways were articulating my value and my real outcomes, holding true to my own values instead of letting organisations dictate them, and getting serious about networking. My new role came through posting on LinkedIn and being more visible. I highly recommend it to any woman wanting to move, or just to consider where she's at in her career.

If you're thinking about it, you should do it. For me the hardest part is always finding the right time, because I'm always busy. But don't rely on your current job to keep you employable. It's important to invest in yourself and your network, and this was one of the ways to do that. I joined Bold Moves at a point where I didn't have clarity. I had three different paths I wanted to go down and wasn't sure which was right for me, and then the question of how to balance that with what I want in my personal life, as a mum with a young kid. One of the biggest takeaways was: don't rely on your job or your company to keep you marketable or employable. Own that yourself. Always keep a pulse on the market and stay networked, so if something comes up, you know you've got options. The other big shift was my mindset on networking. Early in my career, when I heard that word, it felt cringe. Now I think of it as finding the right support crew, people who can be a sounding board so you don't feel so alone in what you're going through. And through that, opportunities come. Almost every one of my last several roles over the past ten years came through a connection, not a job board. Would I recommend the program to other women? Absolutely, a hundred percent. If you're thinking about it, you should do it. Invest in yourself and your network. Give it a go.

Priscilla landed her last several roles through connections, not job boards.
