For over 12 years, I've worked in recruitment, interviewing thousands of candidates, placing hundreds into senior leadership roles, and advising organisations on who to hire and why.
I've seen brilliant people get overlooked. I've seen less experienced candidates win the role because they knew how to position their value. I've sat across the table from CEOs, founders, and executives and asked the questions most people never get asked.
That pattern recognition is what I bring to this work.
I also built my own Recruitment business, CH Solutions, launched Sisterhood Club to support women in tech, host the Career Confidence Podcast with 100+ leadership conversations, and wrote the best selling book, The Bold Move, a guide to building confidence in the age of AI.
But more than any of that, I know what it's like to feel stuck, to doubt whether you're ready, to wonder if it's too late to make a move. I arrived in Australia at 23 with no network. In 15 years, I've built a recruitment firm, advised multiple company boards, and built a strong personal brand that drives business.
