Fifteen years later, I've built a recruitment firm, advised multiple company boards, created a community for women in tech, written an Amazon bestselling book, and built a personal brand that drives business.

But here's what I know for certain: none of it came from waiting to be ready.

For over 12 years, I've worked recruitment and 8 years running my own agency, sitting across the table from CEOs, founders, and senior leaders. I've interviewed thousands of candidates and placed hundreds into leadership roles. I've seen brilliant people get overlooked. I've seen less experienced candidates win the role because they knew how to position their value.

That pattern recognition—knowing what separates those who rise from those who stall—is what I bring to everything I do.

Why I Do This Work

I created Bold Moves because I kept seeing the same pattern: talented leaders who were doing exceptional work but staying invisible. They had the skills but not the strategy. The expertise but not the positioning.

I don't coach from theory. I coach from lived experience—my own career journey, the thousands of hiring decisions I've witnessed, and the patterns that actually move people forward.
